Can anyone help me with some new project settings?

We shot video on our XL2 in 30p and I am at a loss for the project settings.

Do we want non-drop or drop-frame time code, what about timebase? 29.97 or 30

Also the rendering codec? Which one is ideal? Is this the same one that renders to flash when I export to media encoder?
